The Supreme Court of Mauritius has thrown out a £110 million case brought by Viscount St Davids, a polo-playing friend of Jodie Kidd. Rhodri Philipps, as he was known before he inherited the viscountcy in 2009, had sued Corporate & Chancery for £110 million, alleging fraud and mismanagement.
