Died, in Pulaski county, Ga., April 28th, 1857, MRS. ELIZABETH BOOTHE, wife of Theophilus D. Boothe and daughter of James Phillips, Esq.
Mrs. Boothe was noted for great kindness of heart and gentleness of manners. Her death has cast a gloom over the community long to be felt. Living, she was rich in her love of her affectionate husband and devoted children; rich in the affection of her relatives; rich in the esteem of her friends. Dead-judging from the purity of her life and her dying declarations-she is rich in the fruition of a happy immortality.
