Roland B. Phillips, Jr., a son of Mr. and Mrs. Roland B. Phillips of 210 South Parsons Avenue, Flushing, has been killed. Private Phillips was a 69th Regiment veteran and went to France with the 165th Infantry of the Rainbow Division. He was killed at Chateau-Thierry.
