Mrs. Ellen Buchanan Died in Her 92d Year
Mrs. Ellen Buchanan, oldest member of Embury M.E. Church, died at her home, 82 Chauncey St., after a week's illness.
Born in Ireland, Mrs. Buchanan lived in Brooklyn during her 82 years in this country. She leaves three sons, James, William and Archibald Buchanan; one daughter, Mrs. Mary Phillips, and 21 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at her late residence Monday evening, with the Rev. Walter W. Winans officiating. Burial will be in Evergreens Cemetery.
