DEATH OF AN OLD ISRAELITE.-Mr. Napthal Phillips, one of the oldest American Israelites in the United States, died in New York on Tuesday, in the 98th year of his age. He was a native of New York and one of the founders of the Tammany Society, was for forty years employed in the custom-house, and for a long time the proprietor of the New York Evening Star.
