Joyce Ann Phillips passed away peacefully on April 10th. A resident of Herne Bay and formerly of Carlton Terrace, Gillingham. Mum to Michael, Ann and son-in-law Andy. Sister to Graham and family, Grandmother to Jason and Daniel. Funeral at Barham Crematorium (near Canterbury) Thursday 28th April at 4 pm. Donations to the League of Friends, Queen Victoria Memorial Hospital, Herne Bay.
