PHILLIPS, Pierce June 4, 1928 - June 20, 2010 With heavy hearts, we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Pierce at home, at the age of 82. In his words.... ""I have left for my next adventure. I do so with anticipation but also with deep regret as I leave behind my wife Dolores, my four children, Linda (Mike), Harold (Yvonne), Janelle (Greg), Val and close friends and relatives. I also leave behind ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. When you go outside, please take the time to appreciate the sun, trees, etc. and marvel at what we have been given and then do your best to look after it all. Finally, I wish to thank everyone for all the Pleasure, Joy, and Laughter you have given me."" Pierce cherished time with his wife of fifty-six years and his family. He enjoyed walking, playing hockey and pool, golfing, camping and music. Pierce had a joke for all occasions. He was a member of Masonic Lodge along with his sole surviving sibling Russell Phillips. This brings to an end the life on earth of a remarkable man. At Pierce's request, no Service will be held.
