MOUNT VERNON - Stephen Lee Phillips, 57, of Mount Vernon, died Friday, Jan. 21, 2011, at his residence.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 28 at Harvey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Pete Adrian officiating.
Mr. Phillips was born on Sept. 18, 1953, in Lufkin, the son of Deryl Phillips and Ima Jo Helm.
He is survived by his brother, Deryl Phillips Jr., of Houston; and two sisters, Belita Luman of Saltillo and Priscilla Venza of Beaumont; and three nieces, two nephews, three great-nieces and one great-nephew.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
