FILES COMPLAINT FOR DIVORCE.
Special to the Union.

RENO (Nev.), Sept. 19.—Mrs. Ruth Phillips has filed a complaint for divorce from Dr. P. H. Phillips, a dentist of this city, on the ground of cruelty. She asks alimony in the sum of $50 a month. The couple were married in this city last New Year’s day. Mrs. Phillips is the daughter of the Rev. A. G. Swain of Loyalton, Sierra county, California.
