Your Y chromosome DNA (Y-DNA) test results cannot be used to indicate your percentage of DNA from different ancestral groups. This is because tracing your Y-DNA line only leads back to one origin. A man receives his Y chromosome from his father, who received it from his father and so on back in time. That means that any ancestry from a man's mother's side, father's mother's side, grandfather's mother's side and so on is not represented in his Y-DNA.
