Marian Louise Phillips, 82, of Huntsville, Texas passed away September 23, 2012 at her home in Huntsville, TX. with her daughters at her side.
Louise Phillips was born in Seminole, Oklahoma February 5, 1930 to Mary and Houston Parker who have both preceded her in death.
She began her life with her husband Ernie of 64 years, in Seminole OK. and would spend much of the rest of her life residing in Denver, CO. Anchorage, AK. and Aberdeen, SD. before retiring in Huntsville, TX. in 2005. She loved spending time with family, loved ones and many beloved family pets. She was truly a lifelong partner of her husband as they traveled and worked together over their years of marriage.
She is survived her husband Ernest L. Phillips of Huntsville, TX. two daughters; Elaine Halliwell of Huntsville, TX. and Marianne Head and her husband James of Humble, TX. 5 grandchildren; Chris Halliwell of Jacksonville, FL. Kimberly Farmer of Sebring, FL. Casey Halliwell of Jacksonville, FL. Jeffrey Head of Austin, TX. John Head of Poulsbo, Wash. and 7 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by grandson Richard Todd Cassidy.
Memorial services to celebrate her life will be held 4:00 pm October 6, 2012 at the Brooke Funeral Home Chapel, 672 FM 980 Huntsville, TX 77320. Contributions may be made to the Rita B. Huff Humane Society – 530 Bearkat BLVD., Huntsville, TX. 77340
