Mrs. Phillips To Be Buried Tuesday
BARTLESVILLE, Okla., Aug. 2.-Mrs. Frank Phillips, 70, Bartlesville oil man and chairman of the board of directors of the Phillips Petroleum Co., died at her home Sunday after a heart attack.

Mrs. Phillips was born Aug. 8, 1877, in Creston, Ia., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Gibson. She married Phillips Feb. 18, 1897, and the couple moved to Bartlesville, then in Indian territory, in 1903.

Survivors include her husband and three children, John Phillips, Dallas, Tex., Mrs. Marcus Low, Bartlesville, and Mrs. Frank Degrisch, New York City.

Funeral services will be at the Phillips home here at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
