DIED IN MARYLAND.
Mrs. Caroline Phillips is dead at her home, in Denton, Md. She was the mother of H. B. Phillips, Esq., of Suffolk. Mr. and Mrs. Phillips left this evening for Maryland to attend the obsequies.
