PHILLIPS.-In Oakland, Feb. 11th, 1915, Samuel Phillips, beloved husband of Mrs. S. Phillips, father of Virginia Phillips, and son of Mrs. Ella Phillips, a native of Arkansas, aged 32 years, 5 months and 29 days.
