1830: Honorable Zachariah Phillips, of Walton Co. GA was created by Mamie
DIED.
After a short but painful illness on the 15th inst. in the 54th year of his age, the Honorable Zachariah Phillips, late Senator of Walton county. His undeviating Republican character and estimable private virtues, endeared to him the public as well as well as an extensive circle of personal friends. Public feeling sympathises in the bereavement sustained by an affectionate family, is the loss of a useful citizen, kind husband and father, and firm friend.
