Graveside service for Mrs. Eunice Hazel Mason, 82, of Chireno will be at 4 p.m. Friday in Lower Chireno Cemetery with the Rev. Patricia Minton, pstor of First Pentecostal Church, and the Rev. Ike Quinn, pastor of Goyens Hill Baptist Church, officiating.
Mrs. Mason died Aug. 5, 1997, in Nacogdoches Medical Center. Born March 22, 1915, in Broaddus, she was the daughter of Walter Norris and Mollie Sanders.
She and Major Denvil Mason were married in 1934, and he survives.
Also surviving are daughters, Nadine DiSanato, Lovine Pyle and Wanda Drinkard, all of Chireno; sister, Ivy Nell Phillips of Houston; 12 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
