SULPHUR SPRINGS, Hopkins Co., Tex., Nov. 23.-The commander of McCoy commandery, Knights of Pythias, to-day received notice of the death of Sir Knight Rev. W.B. Phillips at Colorado City. Rev. W.B. Phillips was for many years a member of the East Texas conference. He was located at Tyler and afterward transferred to the Northeast Texas conference and located at Sulphur Springs, where he was made a Knight Templar and at a later date located at Kaufman, thence to Colorado.
