FUNERAL SERVICES FOR MRS. PHILLIPS BE HELD WEDNESDAY

Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth Phillips, age 84, who died at the home of her son on the Barnett Shoals road Tuesday at 11:30 a.m., will be held at the graveside in Oconee cemetery here Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 conducted by Rev. Willie Saye. The following gentlemen will act as pall bearers: W.W. and Thomas Puryear, W.K. Eidson, A.S. Towns, B.J. Smith and R.T. Yarborough.

Bernstein Bros. funeral directors, are in charge of the funeral arrangements.

Mrs. Phillips was a native of South Carolina, though she had resided in Clarke county for the past 50 years. She is survived by three sons.
