Memorial services for Kenneth Phillips, 60, of Kilgore will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 14, 2011, at the Rader Funeral Home Chapel in Kilgore with the Reverend James Henderson officiating. Mr. Phillips passed away Monday, April 11, 2011, in Tyler.
Mr. Phillips was born January 31, 1951, in Rusk, Texas. Kenneth served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. He was a radio technician and enjoyed working on electronics. Kenneth enjoyed reading, riding motorcycles and spending time with family and friends. He will be missed by all his loving family and friends.
Kenneth is preceded in death by his brother Kerry Earl Phillips, Sr.
Survivors include his mother Gene Phillips of Kilgore; brother Keith Phillips of Kilgore; nieces and nephews Angela Phillips, Rebecca Neely, Christi Tosh, Kevin Phillips, Kerry Phillips, Jr., Matthew Phillips and Mitchell Phillips as well as many other loving family and friends.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 13, 2011, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore.
