HUGHES SPRINGS - Ruby W. Williams, 86, died Friday, Nov. 9, 2007, in Hughes Springs. Services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12, at Reeder-Davis Chapel with Rev. Charles Russell officiating. Burial will be in the Bradfield Chapel Cemetery in Daingerfield under the direction of the Reeder-Davis Funeral Home.

Mrs. Williams was born Jan. 29, 1921 in Titus County. She was a member of the Assembly of God and a homemaker.
Survivors include two daughters, Lola Johnson of Hughes Springs and Lellione Jonas of Quinlan; three sons, James Phillips of Tyler, Carroll Phillips of Ore City and Jimmy Phillips of Mobile, Al.; two sisters, Lucille Neeley of Albuquerque, N.M. and Lilly Faye Steed of Pittsburg; a brother, Doc Nance of Daingerfield; 39 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, and 31 great-great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two husbands, Aubrey Phillips and Victor Williams; and four sons, Billy, Donald, Gerald and Kenneth Phillips.

Visitation will be Sunday afternoon and evening at the funeral home, with the family receiving friends after 6 p.m.
