The following appeared in The Exmouth Journal dated 12th May 2011
Exmouth is in East Devon, UK

PHILLIPS-Cynthia (nee Norman) passed away in the R. D. & E (Royal Devon & Exeter) Hospital on 24th April 2011. Cynthia will be missed by sister Gladys, niece Alyson, nephews Michael and Peter, great nieces Natalie, Nicola and great nephew Richard. Funeral Service to-day 12 May at 4pm. Family flowers only. Donations in her memory for British Red Cross may be sent to Crews & Son, Crews House, Tower Street Exmouth EX8 1NT.
