The following announcements appeared in The Hereford Times on 24 June 2010:

PHILLIPS John. JCB Driver of Kingstone, suddenly passed away on June 16 2010. Beloved Husband of June, A loving Dad to Rob and Sand, Chris and Serena, Jo and Jordan, and a very special and much loved Grandad. Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, June 26 at St Michaels and All Angels Church, Kingstone at 11.30 am followed by a burial. Flowers or donations towards a memorial bench in John's memory may be sent to S. A. Evans Funeral Directors, Gaol Street, Hereford, HR1 2HU.
