PHILLIPS, J Don (Hook)
June 29, 1927 - June 28, 2011
Passed away on June 28, 2011 in his 84th year. Predeceased by his wife Eleanore. Loving father of Mike (Lynn), Karen, Patti (John), Janice (Kevin) and Kevin (Kathy). Proud grandfather of Christopher (Heather), Robert, Melanie, Katherine, Courtney, Lisa and Nicole. Great-grandfather to Morgan and Carson. A Visitation will be held at the Brampton Memorial Chapel and Visitation Centre, 10061 Chinguacousy Rd on Friday, July 1, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2011 in the Chapel at 1:00 pm with an Interment to follow at Brampton Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada or the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
