ANOTHER HOMICIDE.-Robert Hogan killed Thomas Phillips in Tarrant county,-about three weeks ago. Phillips went to the house of the former, when an altercation arose in relation to some reports that had been put in circulation in relation to the latter.-Angry demonstrations were made by Phillips, when Hogan went to the house for his gun and told Phillips to put down a club or fence rail, which he held in a menacing position, or he would kill him. On his refusing to comply he shot him, killing him almost instantly. Hogan was admitted to bail in the sum of $2,000.
