Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon, 4 p.m. at the Mt. Hope Cemetery for Mrs. Hannah Jane Dickson of Route 4, Rusk. Rev. J.M. Schwitter officiated.
Mrs. Dickson, age 73, died at her home Tuesday morning, December 13th, following a short illness. She was a native of Rusk. She was a member of the Mt. Hope Baptist Church.
Survivors include four sons, J.R. Dickson of Wells, Marvin Dickson and Vonnie Dickson, both of Pueblo, Colorado, and Alva Dickson of Henrietta, Oklahoma; one daughter, Mrs. E.E. Scott of Wichita Falls; one sister, Mrs. Viola Halbert of Rusk; two brothers, Wade Phillips and Jasper Phillips, both of Rusk; nine grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Corry Phillips, Jack McCright, Corry Ray Phillips, Jerry Don DeFore, R.V. Higgins, and John Phillips.
Wallace Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
