NEW CEMETERY PLANNED FOR NEGROES OF CITY.

Part of Phillips Tract, Across From Present Site is Place Mapped Out For Addition.

A new cemetery for the use of the colored people has been planned for the near future and the Phillips tract, just across the street from the present cemetery, has been selected and offered for the purpose.

For a number of years the question of providing a suitable burial ground has been perplexing those interested and the offerings solves the problem.
