Cadmus b. 30 Jan 1787 at Mt. Tirzah
Samuel b. 15 June 1789 at Mt. Tirzah

(Lt. Col. Stephen Moore came to N.C. & built a home in Person Co. which he called Mt. Tirzah. He died there 20 May 1799. His wife, called Grisey in the Bible, was named Griselda. In 1779 he was given charge of a regiment of N.C. State Troops. He was in the 1st Battle of Camden (S.C.). He is the ancestor of Mrs. Mary McIver Stanford (Mrs. Chas.), Chapel Hill, N.C. who gave this record. Mary, of this record, m. Hon. Richard Stanford who was b. 2 Mar 1767, d. 9 Apr 1816 while representing N.C. in Congress, bur. in the Congressional Cemetery in Washington.)
