Former Athens Man Sued for Divorce.
Worchester, Mass., Sept. 5.-Mrs. Ellen Phillips, of Worchester, has instituted divorce proceedings in the Superior Court against her husband, Lewis Phillips, former resident of Athens and Rome, Ga. The couple were married June 26, 1892. The libel alleges non-support and intoxication.
