WHARTON, Tex., February 3.-A brilliant wedding occurred last evening at the residence of Dr. J. H. Phillips, the contracting parties being W. C. Wilkinson, an esteemed young merchant of Wharton, and Miss Mamie Petty, a beautiful and accomplished young lady of San Antonio, a niece of Dr. Phillips. The ceremony was performed by J. B. Armstrong. A pleasant repast and dance followed.
