WED BROTHER’S WIDOW.

OAKLAND, Feb. 14.—Frank Phillips, 25 years old, married Louise Phillips, 22 years old, his brother’s widow, to-day. The couple reside at San Leandro. When he obtained his marriage license, Phillips jocularly remarked: "She was good enough for my brother, and she’s good enough for me."
