ADMINISTRATION NOTICE.
LETTERS of administration, having been granted to the undersigned on the estate of Jas. Phillips, deceased, by the county court of Upshur county, pertaining to the estates of deceased persons, at the March term thereof, A.D. 1852.

All persons holding claims against said estate are notified to present them within the time prescribed by law, duly authenticated, and all persons indebted to said estate are requested to come forward and make immediate payment.

May 15, 1852.
