PROBATE COURT,
THE undersigned having been appointed Administrator of the Estate of Gustavus E. Phillips, deceased, notice is hereby given to all persons indebted to said Estate to make immediate payment, & those having claims against the same, are requested to present them duly authenticated within the time prescribed by law, or they will be barred. The real and personal property of said estate will be sold, when due notice is given.
