GEORGIA, DECATUR COUNTY.
All persons concerned will take notice that Jordan Phillips, late of said county, deceased, departed this life intestate, and that there is no administration on said estate, and that unless application be made in terms of the law, the Clerk of the Superior Court of said county will be appointed Administrator on said estate, at the next February Term of the Court of Ordinary of said county.
