ADMINISTRATOR’S SALE.
AGREEABLY to an order of the Ordinary Court of Henry county, Ga., will be sold, on the first Tuesday in April next, between the legal hours of sale, before the court house door at McDonough, in said county, as the real estate of Thomas R. Phillips, deceased, 50 acres of land, more or less, known as the late residence of intestate, and being lands deeded to intestate by Martha Phillips, and adjoining her Milton Aikin, and Alexander. Sold for the benefit of heirs and creditors of intestate. Terms cash. February 19, 1867.
