GEORGIA, Henry County.
WHEREAS, it has been represented to me that Thomas J. Phillips, late of said county, deceased, died intestate, and no person having applied for the administration of the estate of said deceased.
Therefore, all persons concerned are hereby notified to file their objections, if any exist, on or before the first Monday in October next, else said administration will be vested in the Clerk of the Superior Court, or some other fit and proper person.
