Alto, N.M., Dec. 1.-C. B. Lane, administrator of the estate of Rye Phillips, deceased, went to Lincoln, accompanied by A. J. Gilmore and John West, as witnesses, to make final proof for the heirs of the estate, but owing to a deficiency in some of the papers, final proof could not be made then and had to be postponed until the next regular meeting of the county commissioners.
