CITATION OF PUBLICATION,
THE STATE OF TEXAS,
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE Estate of A. B. Phillips, deceased, being No. 4720 in the County Court of Cherokee County, Texas:
You are hereby notified that Cora Johnson, Administrator in said case, filed in County Court of Cherokee County, Texas, on the 8th day of October A.D., 1965, her verified Account for final settlement of the Estate of said A. B. Phillips together with an Application to be discharged from said trust.
Said verified Account for final settlement and Application will be heard, considered, and acted on by said Court at 10 o’clock a.m. on the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from date of Publishing (or posting) this citation, the same being the 25th day of October, 1965, at the count Courthouse in Rusk, Texas, at which time and place all persons interested in said Account for Final Settlement of said Estate are required to appear and contest said account and application by then and there filing opposition thereto in writing if they see proper to do so.
The officer executing this writ shall promptly serve the same according to requirements of law, and the mandates thereof, and make due return as the law directs; and if this citation is not served within 90 days after date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved, with showing of the diligence used by the officer to execute it and the cause of failure to execute it.
GIVEN UNDER MY HAND AND THE SEAL OF SAID COURT and issued at office in Rusk Texas, this 8th day of October A. D., 1965.
