(2) AGREEABLE to an order of the honorable Inferior court of Jasper county, when sitting for ordinary purposes, will be sold to the highest bidder, on the first Tuesday in February next, at the court house in Jasper county, 202½ acres of land, more or less, well improved, being part of the real estate of James Pinckard, dec’d., and where deceased lived. Sold for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said dec’d.
