To all whom it may concern:
Monroe Phillips, executor of the last Will and Testament of Jno. B. M. Phillips, of said county, deceased, having made his final Return and filed his application for Letters Dismissory from said Trust; These are to cite all persons interested to be and appear at this office, on the first Monday in October 1898, by 10 o'clock a. m. then and there to show cause, if any they can, why said applicant should not be dismissed as prayed.
