WHEREAS, Piety and Joel Phillips, have applied to me for letters of administration on the estate and effects of William Phillips, dec.
THESE are therefore to cite and admonish all and singular the kindred and creditors of the said deceased, to be and appear at my office, on or before the 8th day of November next, to show cause, if any, they have, why letters of administration should not be granted.
GIVEN under my hand and seal, at my office, the 8th day of October, in the year of our Lord, 1794; and in the 19th year of the Independence of the United States of America.
