WHEREAS, Robert M. Echols and Catherine Phillips apply to me for Letters of Administration on the estate of Zachariah Phillips, late of said county, dec'd.
This is therefore to cite the kindred and creditors of said deceased, to appear at my office within the time prescribed by law, to file their objections, if any they have, why said letters should not be granted.
