NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, Administrators, will apply to the Judge of Probate for Anderson County, South Carolina, at Anderson C. H., S. C, on the 26th day of July, A. D. 1884, for a final discharge from their offices of Administrators of said Martin Phillips, deceased.

TAKE NOTICE that a Petition for Final Settlement of the Estate of Martin Phillips, deceased, and discharge of the undersigned Administrators was this day filed in the office of the Probate Judge at Anderson C. H., S. C, and by an order of said Probate Judge Saturday, the 26th day of July, 1884, was set for hearing said application for final settlement and discharge.

MASTER'S SALE.
STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA, County of Anderson.
In the Court of Common Pleas.
Wm. W. Phillips, et al, Plaintiffs, against Nancy Phillips, David Phillips, et al, Defendants..Action for Partition, &c.
BY virtue of an Order to me directed in the above stated case by his Honor A. P. Aldrich, bearing date the 6th October, 1884, I will sell at Anderson C.H., S. C, on SALEDAY IN NOVEMBER next, the following described Real Estate of Martin Phillips, deceased, to wit:
TRACT NO. 1, containing one hundred and fourteen and one-half acres, more or less, situate in Brushy Creek Township, in Anderson County, and adjoining lands of J D Sitton, Esq, Mrs Acker, and others.
TRACT NO. 2, containing one hundred and nineteen and one-half acres, more or less, situated in Brushy Township, in Anderson County, and adjoining lands of F. Wyatt, J D Sitton, Esq. and
others.
TRACT NO. 3, containing one hundred and sixteen acres, more or less, situated in Brushy Creek Township, in Anderson Co., and bounded by lands of H 0 Hendrix, G A Smith and others.
TERMS OF SALE. One-half cash, and the balance on a credit of twelve months, with
interest from day of sale, to be secured by bond and a mortgage of the premises, with leave to anticipate payment, in whole or in part, at any time. Purchasers to pay extra for all necessary papers.
