GEORGIA, Forsyth County.
To all whom it may concern - Mary Phillips having in proper form applied to me for permanent letters, of administration, with the will annexed, on the estate of Alston Phillips, late of said county.
This is to cite all and singular the creditors and next of kin of Alston Phillips to be and appear at my office within the time allowed by law, and shew cause, if any they can, why permanent administration, with the will annexed, should not be granted to Mary Phillips on Alston Phillips’ estate, on the first Monday of November next.
Witness my hand and official signature, 7th September, 1863.
