1858: Anderson Phillips, of Madison Co. GA.

GEORGIA, MADISON COUNTY.-Whereas W.H. Griffith applies to me for letters of administration upon the estate of Anderson Phillips, deceased.
These are, therefore, to cite and admonish all and singular, the kindred and creditors of said deceased, to file their objections, if any they have, why said letters should not be granted said applicant or some other fit and proper person at the next December term of the Court of Ordinary for said county.
Given under my hand at office, this 25th of October 1858.
