1857: Mark Phillips, of Walton Co. GA. was created by Mamie

GEORGIA, Walton County.-To all whom it may concern: -Whereas A.B. Whitehead applies to me for letters of administration on the estate of Mark Phillips, late of said county, deceased.
These are, therefore, to cite and admonish all and singular, the kindred and creditors of said deceased, to shew cause, if any they have, why letters of administration should not be granted to said applicant.
Given under my hand this 16th day of Sept. 1857.
JESSE MITCHELL, Ordinary.
