GEORGIA, Walton County.-Whereas John B. Trible applies to me for letters of administration on the estate of Joseph Phillips, deceased.
These are, therefore, to cite and admonish all and singular, the kindred and creditors of said deceased, to file their objections, if any they can, why the said Administration, should not be granted the applicant at the next March term of said Court.
Given under my hand at office January 26, 1859.
JESSE MITCHELL, Ordinary.
