Also, on the first Tuesday in March next, at Mt. Vernon, Montgomery county, all the land belonging to Mark Phillips, late of said county, deceased, consisting of 2,777 acres, in said county, adjoining lands of Silas M. Grady, David Gillis and John Gillis.
Also, several likely negroes - Isaac, a man about twenty-five years of age; Mod, a man about twenty-two years of age; Charlott, a woman about twenty-six years of age; Lucy, a woman about twenty-seven years of age, and her four children; Stephen, a boy about six years of age; Sarah, a girl about five years of age; Bet, a girl about three years of age; Mary, a girl about eighteen months of age; all sold as the property of Mark Phillips, for the benefit of the heirs and creditors. Terms, on day of sale.
