In county court. Estate of William H. Phillips and deceased.
To Alonzo Phillips and Mrs. Alonzo Phillips, both of Waterloo, Illinois, Charles Phillips, of National Military Home, Kansas, Caroline Gottshall, of Portland, Oregon, Katie Phillips, of St. Louis, Missouri, Francis Phillips and William Phillips, alleged heirs of said deceased, and to the unknown heirs if any of said deceased, and to Alonzo Phillips, legatee and devisee of said deceased and other parties in interest. Take notice that on the twentieth day of January, A.D. 1908, at two o’clock p.m., a proceeding will be had in said county court to admit to probate the last will and testament of said William H. Phillips, deceased, when and where you may appear if you see fit.
