WILL be sold on the first Tuesday in April next, at the court-house, in Morgan county, 101 ¼ acres of land, in the fifth district of originally Baldwin, now Morgan county, sold as the estate of Henry Phillips, deceased, and part of lot, known by No. 171, and that part that joins Richard Jones. Sold for the benefit of the estate of said deceased.
