(2) NOTICE.
ALL Persons concerned, their agents, and attorneys, are desired to take notice, that I, as administrator, with the will annexed, of Isaac Philips, deceased, for and on the part of Pierce A. Philips, minor of the said Isaac, shall make application to the honorable superior court of Harris county, Georgia, to be held on the second Monday on April next, for a writ of partition to divide lot of land number seventy-one in the eighteenth district of originally Muscogee now Harris county aforesaid, in terms of the law.
